   - pelvicalyceal pattern
   - cysts/glands
   - heterologous patterns
        mucinous
        squamous
        neural
        neuroendocrine
  Primitive Stroma Cell Types
   - undifferentiated
   - myxoid
   - fiboblastic
   - smooth muscle

Nephroblastoma: Staging
Stage I:   Tumor confined to kidney and completely resected
Stage II:  Microscopic residual tumor
              Tumor penetration through renal capsule
Stage III: Gross residual disease confined to abdomen
              Lymph node involvement
              Diffuse peritoneal contamination (tumor rupture)
Stage IV: Hematogenous Metastases: lung, noncontiguous liver,
               bone, and brain
Stage V:  Bilateral renal involvement at diagnosis
