The Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh recently
issued the following press release :

It is with great sadness that the Department of Pathology announces that Rocco Agostini passed away yesterday, April 20th, after a very brief illness.

Rocco was the Hospital's electron microscopist for the past 30 years, during which time he made many close and lasting friendships throughout the Hospital.

Although we will miss him tremendously, we are thankful for having had the opportunity to know Rocco.
