Case 2: Adenovirus Infection in Liver

Discussion

Adenovirus is a DNA virus which replicates in the nucleus and gains access to the cytoplasm when the nucleus degenerates 1. The size range is 70-80 nm. Each particle consists of 252 capsomeres arranged in icosahedral symmetry 2.
