Stain: Lead Citrate, Uranyl Acetate

The nuclei of the malignant cells have oval profiles, focal condensations of heterochromatin and central, electron dense nucleoli. Sparse organelles, mitochondria (white arrow) are present in the cytoplasm of the undifferentiated malignant cells. The cell membranes are closely apposed.
