A Langerhan's cell nucleus (NUC) has the characteristic convoluted profile. Filopodia project from the upper portions of the cytoplasm (CYT).

Birbeck Granules (B), one of which is budding from the cell membrane, are present in the peripheral cytoplasm of the Lanherhan's cell. A portion of the Langerhan's cell nucleus (NUC) is also present.
