Several, long, Birbeck Granules (arrow) are present in the peripheral cytoplasm of the Langerhan's cell. Other organelles include mitochondria (M) and lysosomes (L). A portion of the Langerhan's cell nucleus (NUC) and extracellular collagen are also present.
